Announcement: Temporary Shipping Delays & New Year’s Sale Clearance

From January 20th to February 5th, 2025, our Office and Warehouse will be closed for Chinese New Year workforce leave and most products will be in backorder. Please expect up to 10 business days in order delays, in addition to our regular processing and shipping schedule.

To ease this delay, enjoy a storewide clearance sale of up to 50% off every item.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable, and cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Moda London! Please take note of our shipping policy, along with an important announcement.

  1. Processing Time:

    • All orders undergo a processing time of 1-3 business days before being shipped.

  2. Mapping for Some Products:

    • Certain products may undergo mapping, a process that takes up to 5 business days, mainly for high-demand SKUs that may run out of stock quickly at our main warehouse.

  3. Shipping Duration:

    • Shipping times vary between 6 to 12 business days, depending on the carrier.
    • You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

  4. Lost or Undelivered Orders:

    • We are not liable for lost or undelivered orders by your local carrier.
    • If notified of "unable to deliver," we will inform you and offer support.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with your local carrier for resolution.

  5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

    • We do not take responsibility for undelivered orders due to incomplete or wrong addresses.
    • Customers must provide accurate shipping details, and address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement.
